"The name of the company says it all! I have an old washer (25 yrs?) and it stopped mid cycle. I reached out to about 6 repair places and only received 2 replies :( The first guy I talked to over the phone said that since the machine is so old, it is probably time to look for a new one. I figured he was right and started the research for a new one...what crazy prices, right? A few days later, I got a call from Mike, owner of Done Right Handyman. Boy, was I glad I picked up that call! I told him what the other guy said and Mike said "Why don't I come over and just take a look anyway?" He spent some time checking everything on the machine and found that the belt, located on the bottom of the machine broke. He was able to order a new belt for me and the next day he came back and completed the job in less than 10 minutes. Magic Mike, as I have dubbed him, just saved me a financial hardship and he charged such a reasonable amount for his work. He even fixed my storm door on the way out!!!"

"The owner contacted me shortly after I went on line with Home Advisor yesterday. My toilet wouldn't stop running and I tried to fix it, unsuccessfully. He was very pleasant and respectful, knowing he is the professional and my knowledge of plumbing is very limited, he never made me feel foolish. We scheduled an appointment for today and he arrived right on time. He fixed my toilet, which required some new parts, in a timely manor. He took the time to explain what he was doing along the way and when he was finished he made sure to clean up the bathroom. His rate was very fair based on other plumbing work I've had done in the past. I strongly recommend Top Notch and have already given their phone number to 2 friends. The sales staff was terrific in helping us figure out what we needed. The installation staff was amazingly quick. It was mid winter and they installed both these large windows in just two days of work. It was far less disruptive to our house and we thought it was going to be. "Jim, the owner of this company, responded to my call quickly and was at my house within an hour. My problem was the main drain in the basement was clogged, causing water to back up in my wash tub. Jim quickly snaked out and cleared the clogged drain pipe at a very reasonable charge. He also rerouted the pipe leading from my backup sump pump to the outside of my house. The way it was initially installed would have caused my basement to flood if it was ever activated. The final charge, again, was very reasonable. The quality of Jim's work and patience in explaining things to me was awesome! He even wrapped some kind of special tape around the end of my hose so that a new nozzle screwed on tightly. He is now my new plumber! Thanks, Jim!"

"Marksman responded quickly (on a Sunday). They arrived at 7 AM and worked for 3-4 hours inly stopping to go to church. We were desperate with for water(tenant had had recent surgery) for water; the sewer back up was a nightmare. Mike at Marksman did spectacular very thorough work. They were honest, kind and compassionate enough to work on a Sunday. I will always call them."
