Had a boiler installed originally by GC who was no longer living in the area. However, when it came down to Roy coming to look at it they asked numerous times if the original guy that installed it could come back and work on it. Not a very pleasant experience. Would recommend someone else.

Bob & Spencer arrived on time, were friendly & professional. Roy's protocol of notifying us in advance of their arrival with photos of who to expect was very comforting. They were efficient & kept us informed throughout the whole process of replacing all our plumbing & installing a new water heater. Bob found a better solution to replacing the pipe in the upstairs powder room. The walkthrough was thorough & comprehensive. All work was done in a day and a half & to our satisfaction. Great job guys & thank you to Roy's Plumbing!

Steve M was staff who came to home. He was thorough in checking furnace. He pointed out what was ok and what needed repair/replacement. He was also patient in the explaining to this non mechanic person
