James P, Troy T and Paul E were great to work with. Very respectful of my home. Explained the process as they went along and even retrieved my dog when she escaped from the back patio. So far, everything is working well and I'm glad to have new windows and a new patio slider.

Overall experience with West Shore Home was excellent. Sales rep did fantastic job, answered all questions and treated us as the important potential customers which we were. All of that on top of making him sit outside in the cold with us due to quarantining concerns. Installer Tyler Poynter did great job. He was timely, friendly, as quiet as could be expected, kept us informed on progress, and completed the project within one day. He kept the work area clean and the shower was ready to go (with some expected drying time). If we have another project requiring West Shoreâ s expertise they will get first crack at the job.

As I said before, the installers were very professional. The job was completed as stated. My shower is beautiful. I was impressed with the quality of work. My installers were Cory Shane and Jody. I hope they get a bonus. I recommend them highly.
