The guys (Tyler, Shaun, Troy, Lostes and Bryan) that came to replace our windows took 2 days to replace all of the windows on the house. They came on time and were professional and courteous. They took time to explain what was going on. And when my husband and I would ask questions they took time to answer and even to demonstrate how these windows would work. And left our house and yard clean and picked up all the debris. We are very pleased with the quality windows we selected and work that was performed from start to finish. This is our second home improvement project with West Shore and both time we were pleased with the results. We will definitely get to do other home improvement as it come.

I was extremely pleased with how professional Jeremy and Jonathan were while they installed my shower. They did it in about 6 hours, kept me up to date on the process the entire time, got my input when necessary, and left the bathroom spotless with an amazing shower installed!

We got a walk in shower. The installers Jeremy & Micheal did an excellent job of explaining the process ,they were on time, cleaned everything up I would give them 5 stars!

Griffin and Jonathan were the best. They had such wonderful attitudes and work ethic. They were friendly and so kind to my aging mother whose shower we were replacing for safety reasons. The job was completed in one day as promised. We were very pleased with the end result.

Chandler M & Shawn S. were amazing! They were friendly, professional & courteous. They arrived on time, worked at a steady pace. The install was completed in one day as promised. The finished product gave our bathroom a much need makeover. I canâ t stopped looking at them! I wished we had done this sooner & definitely recommend West Shore.
