Everyone involved with the process was very professional and thorough, including the sales rep., David Bailey, and our installers, John Reid and Jeremy Mills. They did a beautiful job and was completed as promised. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend them.

The young men who came and installed our windows were Tyler, Wymen, Troy, and Bryan. They did a very professional job. No mess inside nor out in replacing my 6 old windows and installing the new ones. Tyler came the first time and helped replace my big window in our basement family room. Wonderful young man - hard working, very knowledgeable and very personable. Meeting and watching these men at work and seeing the quality of the job makes this company. (FYI West Shore - these men can make or break your company - please treat them right. Was very disappointed in the company for just a $20 bonus to be divided between the men!! Especially considering the amount of money I paid for my windows.)
