The gentlemen that installed our front door,and back sliding glass door were Tyler,Costas,Bryan,Troy,and William!! I would highly recommend this crew to friends and family for any work needed! They were very informative and friendly and did an incredible job! We even ran into a slight issue with the front door(which was not at the fault of them) and The Manager drove to our home to speak with us in person to correct set up plans to correct the issue!! They made sure we had peace of mind before left,did a complete walk through to let us inspect the work to Make sure we were satisfied, and discussed everything with us with great detail! We were very satisfied customers!

Very impressed by the 2 young men who demoed and installed new shower, their names were Ryan and John Reid. What could have been a stressful day, was not because of these young men. They showed up on time, were respectful, hard working, and had the job done in one day. Thank you.

The whole process from sale to completion of the project was professionally done. We purchased a new front door & patio doors and the team of Tyler, Mitchell &Wyman did an excellent job installing the doors. I would highly recommend if you want quality products & installations!

Caleb Rogers and John Waldridge installed our windows and did a fantastic job yesterday. Both were very friendly and informative as to how to open and clean our windows. Each made sure that we knew to contact WestShore Homes if we experience any issues whatsoever with the windows. They were very courteous and made sure all areas inside and out were cleaned up before leaving. We are definitely satisfied customers.

The shower install was pretty good and they finished it in one day. We were disappointed that the caulk used was noticeable and peeled away over time. The installers were not good at explaining the proper cleaners to use to protect the shower. They promised to come back by and give us the manual to help, but they never came back. The sales pitches were cliche and pushy. They threaten things like you have to order today or the price will go up if we have to come back out, you will lose all these promotions and our materials are the best and do not you want the best? Ugh...The sales tactics were annoying. We did use this company, but will not ever again. The price was overly expensive and ridiculous.
