The installers of my new front door were excellent! Trevor J,, Thomas S., and William M. were personable, professional, and efficient. Trevor even discovered that the measurements for the back door were not precise enough which would have resulted in a sloppy install if it were done that day (a new more precisely measured door was ordered). Overall West Shore is expensive but high quality.
