Ryan Rickey knew how to fix successfully a problem I had with the kick plate being bulged and not sealed correctly. He calked parts of the door that were supposed to be calked. He was respectful, well mannered, understanding, and apologetic . This was a great outcome.

When I had a refrigerator delivered, they dropped the fridge into the window frame. This left a hole in the frame that we did not see until after they were gone. I contacted West Shore Home, thinking that we would have to replace the whole window, but Ryan Rickey came out, I thought to measure for a replacement. He said he could fix it on the spot because he had a piece of left over white metal in his truck. He was pleasant and courteous. He also inspected all the other windows that West Shore Home had replaced and found that we needed a new screen on one (it had come loose on the side), and he fixed the door jam that had come off and I had saved. Imagine my surprise when they said it was no charge!! Anyway, he was great!

I had a door installed and the hardware needed to be adjusted after approximately 3 months. They came out the next day a fixed the problem. Ryan Rickey also look the door over for other issues. Found a few places that could use a touch up on the trim and fix that also.
