Our installers, Jared C and Neil K, did a great job installing the new shower on June 21 2021. They arrived on time and worked very hard with no breaks except for 30 minutes to eat lunch. They were real pros and very friendly. Both answered any questions we had and they cleaned everything up beautifully. West Shore should recognize these guys and reward them accordingly.

Jacob S. and Sean M. did an excellent job installing my new shower. They came on Friday the 18th of June and were there from 9 to 1. They cleaned up everything when they were done and they were very friendly and efficient. Thanks guys.

West Shore Home is great, from the beginning of the process when Jesse came and spoke to us to the end when Tim and Sean completed the walk in shower install. They even tried to schedule us earlier than originally scheduled. Everything went very smoothly and looks amazing! I really wish we would have looked into this sooner. We are very pleased with West Shore Home and every person we interacted with either in person or on the phone. Everyone was very polite and professional. Other than a little dust and a beautiful walk in shower I would never even known that Tim F. and Sean M. were here. They kept the work area as clean as possible and safe while working and explained everything during the process. Do yourself a favor and give them a call, you wonâ t be disappointed!

We purchased windows for our entire home in November. Last week , we experienced a problem with the trim on the patio. Westshore sent out at technician to fix the problem. His name is Deshawn Hawkins. He not only fixed the issue at hand but went above and beyond. He made sure that ALL of the trim on the patio was properly seated and sealed. He used used a heat gun and made sure every inch was sealed . He did a fabulous job and made sure we were satisfied with the result. He is a very skilled technician and did a wonderful job seeing that the problem was solved. Thank you to West Shore and Dashawn Hawkins for fixing our issue.

The installers Tim F. And Mathew S. were awesomely informed about the product, on time, did awesome work. The only problem is that the price for a thin piece of acrylic to go over boards on our shower walls blew my mind. It's a tiny bit thicker than a poster board. I still feel like we were screwed on the price. The salesman had us beat on the acrylic that would be going on our walls and it is thicker than what is being placed on your walls so I feel like it is a false advertisement. I had the worker stop to have management come out because I was so disappointed when they came in with this very thin board that they could bend around everything. They just reassured if anything was to go wrong they would be out to fix it They had already taken my tub out and my old man told me to go ahead and let them finish considering we had no other choice. Very disappointed in the salesman and the company for having them show customers something that is not going on your bathroom walls Although it looks pretty We will see how good it holds up overcharged definitely and this is coming from someone who used to do plumbing.

Tyler P. did most of the work by himself. They were very professional and courteous, An excellent job was done and when they finished cleaned up everything.
