Jim was prompt and very professional. He did everything I asked and even suggested additional services. (one of which I decided to take advantage of [smoke alarm system]. Pricing was pretty good but certainly not cheap! I would definitely think of using them again.

We paid too much and received so little. The technician was nice, but he accidentally drilled a hole in our 80 year old mantle. We also do not like the fact that they charge $60 to come out and give a quote/estimate. We decided to hire the Service Professor for our project because they were one of the only companies around to complete our specific job.
We are so sorry that happened! I understand that your technician was very apologetic and gave you a credit for the materials to fix your mantle. He let the office staff know of his mistake, and feels awful that it had happened. If there is anything we can do further, please call me personally to discuss. As far that the $59 Service Charge, we like to let our customers know up front about that charge, unlike other companies that increase the cost of services. We are a 33 year company with 6 office staff to better serve your needs timely and efficiently. Again, if there is anything I can do further, please give me a call. Erika

The electrician arrived on time as scheduled and worked until the job was completed, even though it became apparent that more work was needed than was originally scheduled. I will definitely seek help from the same electrician for future projects.
