Rich W. arrived and knew exactly what to do, how to do it, and completed the work perfectly. I highly recommend him! If you ask for him, you won't be disappointed. Plumbing work is expensive, however, so be ready.

Have used The Service Professor in the past for remodeling my bathroom and plumbing issues and had fantastic service. Joined the service plan and now just had my furnace inspected and was very pleased with the overall experience. My service tech was very knowledgeable and gave me helpful hints and ideas for what we can do in the future to help conserve energy and possible upgrades. He was also very respectful and courteous.

Put in shut off valves that you can't even get too. Have to flip the lever part way then swivel the valve to turn it off the rest of the way. Why not put a 90 degree on it bring it out so its accessable and easy to use.
