Prompt, professional service. Our service technician, Brad, performed a thorough inspection of our furnace and air conditioning system, explained his findings in a way I could understand, and discussed several options. Service was completed the same day. We are very happy with our experience with Service Professor.

From the first call to when the our service man, Randy Cole, showed up was about 2 hours. After assessing the situation, Randy gave us 2 quotes. He worked with his dispatcher in getting the permit. He put on booties to go through the house to check out our electrical panel. It took him about 3 hours to take care of the mast on the house plus the damage it did to the meter box on the side of the house. He did a wonderful job! He and his company called everything in to the City to have the Inspector come out and approve it the next day. Consumers followed later on the same day! I would recommend this company to anyone! Very professional. Modest prices. Timely!

I thought that $748 for putting parts in a toilet tank and putting cartridges in 2 faucets was way too high. While he was here at least 3.5 hours, most of it was spent looking at other plumbing and quoting on future upgrades or replacements. This company is very nice, professional, and he did a great job, but I think I paid way too much for the items I had done.

HomeAdvisors cost matrix is way out of line. Your estimate was One thousand dollars as an average install. Nothing was special about my replacement. Very expensive.

I was charged $125.00 for a new kitchen sink basket and installation. $180.00 to route out kitchen sink line. $10.00 senior discount. Total bill $295.00. Pricey.
