I felt that my service professor plumber was knowledgeable, more than competent, friendly, and did not mind educating me along the way:). I not on would recommend the services to others but we became a member of their program. He were comfortable, listened too, and valued. It was service promoted with quality and a smile:)

They rescheduled my appointment 1/2 before the first appointment time after waiting hours for them to arrive. They would not even give me a ball park estimate until they got here. They charge $59 service fee whether you use them or not. I paid $314 to have one new fixture installed and it took about 20 minutes to do. Similar work we have had done by other electricians was 1/2 to 1/3 the cost. Quality of work was very good, but they are way too expensive. I would nto use them again.

Jim did a fantastic job, however, this company is very expensive.

Very expensive to run a snake a couple of feet into the tub drain, it cost $309. I could have rented a snake and done this project myself and saved a lot. Had to ask twice to dry up the floor after work was done, tracked water through the hall that was on his shoes.
