They came right away. Very courteous and polite. They assessed the issue and determined my furnace was not safe and needed replaced. I got my furnace replaced and i'm real happy with the new one.

Brad is a knowledgeable HVAC technician. He explained the problem he found and fixed our furnace in a timely manner. Service Professor has done a lot of work at our older home that we just moved into. They have become part of our family. This is a great company to do business with. They stand behind their work.

Tim Voskuhl was an excellent resource on his area of expertise. His tremendous character put me at ease. I found him to be open and transparent. He explained all my options very well and I never felt pressured . The trust he generated caused me to freely chose an option I wanted.
