The installers were polite and friendly. They did a great job of cleaning up after work completed.

I advise NOT signing up for the Service Plus Maintenance plan that includes free home maintenance inspections. It takes up your time and is really just a way for them to find work for themselves.

Estimate was done very well. Installation went fairly well with a few exceptions. The hole for hoses in the garage ceiling was almost twice the size that was needed. They ran the excess water line outside while a very good drain was 6' from the furnace - I rerouted it later.

They actually put an HVAC unit on an unstable base. The installer told his supervisor and neither one was intelligent enough to stop the installation. I had to stop the installation because apparently if the customer does not stop it they will not take responsibility and stop on their own I was told by the sales rep that I did not need to be home, yeah that was a lie. They did correct the mistake on Monday (the original install was the previous Friday) after I spent the weekend in over 80° heat. The question is why would anyone use home advisor when their so-called screening process does not work? Did service plus finally correct the problem? Yes, but I had to rearrange my work schedule for not one but two days. Btw I was told I would be receiving a pump for removing the HVAC condensation from my crawl space. Again if I was not there that would not have happened either. The installer did not know that was in the parts list. Question: if the HVAC unit I purchased gave off quite a bit of condensation and the sales rep said the pump was needed then why did not the installer already know this? Answer: because this person is not a technician he is just an overpriced installer. Think about this, should anyone pay around $400 an hour for an installer? You would think at that price they would train or hire professional technicians. Everyone that has bought anything from this company and had them install that item has paid the overinflated price. So again thanks home advisor for recommending this company. I know not to use them or your site for helping me find services
