The services were clearly explained,calls and questions were answered promptly. The water heater is located inside the house. Dean Pruitt serviced it and he was mindful to work without soiling the carpet. My overall experience with this company has been exceptional

They responded fast!!! Derrick was great! Professional and got in and out quick! I paid the need it now price! Having been in the construction industry 25 years Would have preferred to do it myself but access was limited for guys like me! So the bill however expected was steep for the work done!

I appreciate the phone call from the technician to let me know he was on his way. I've had plumbing work performed by Service Plus in the past, and the Service Plus technicians I've dealt with have been timely, professional, and they do a great job. For the toilet install, Derryck was no exception. I also trust Service Plus for maintenance and repairs on my heat pump, and I enrolled in their annual service plan.

Dan Craig was awesome in every way. I hope that the company recognizes him as a valued associate. He was very knowledgeable about what it would take to complete the job and was up front with explaining it. Very friendly, listened to my concerns and offered solution options.
