My uncle who is blind , where's 2 hearing aids ., on a walker was charged $650.00 for probably less than 3 hr of work . He had a leak in his shower which it was fixed . I just think that was too much a hour for one mans work and I don't believe that they had that much in parts . I believe this was over charge.

I did not need a plumber. I needed an appliance repairman. The error was with the dispatcher not the repairman who came to my home. He was very nice, very thorough and honest to say he wasn't an appliance repairman. He did check the drains and hoses.
