We understand that the extremely cold weather caused them to be late, but it became very inconvenient for us to wait one and a half hours for them to arrive after the 4 hour window they had given us.

I thought a charge of $400+ for installation of a faucet in my half-bath was a bit pricey, particularly since I had already installed part of the faucet. The service was was prompt and the serviceman was a good guy.

The installer, Jose installed furnace as if it was a work of art. A hard-working perfectionist. He explained everything he was doing to my wife and I.
