I was impressed with Home Advisor and Service Plus, I had a phone call with 60 seconds of entering my request. I asked for 24 hours service, and we not only had a call, but a new hot water installed and working within the period requested. Also, I had checked prices on hot water heaters, and I felt they provided the service and the replacement water heater at a very fair price. Highly satisfied as the new hot water heater is bringing water up to temperature for use.

While the technician showed up on time was friendly he was not prepared to do the job I had to purchase a $0.90 end cap that he should have had on the truck with him.

I my humidifier did not work anymore so gabe from service plus came the next day and installed a new one. The manager worked with me on the price and I was very happy with that. This company is great I would definitely recommend them again.
