They are not organized. I have talked to multiple people about the same issue and have called them about work not finished and they tell he it is finished. I feel like I have to argue with them. I would also like to have an itemized receipt to show all the charges because I feel I was overcharged.

They came promptly as promised. They gave estimate and followed through exactly. Water quality has improved dramatically from the ice cubes to the better tasting water to the coffee machine working efficiently again. Very satisfied.

Guy came out said his boss would not let him get underneath the mobile home. Said it was a risk that the home might move while he was under it Ridiculous. The mobile home park has stable homes that have been there a long time. Guy just did not want to do the work. Would not call them again for anything.

Overall experience was uneasy. Was told one thing and the 2nd tech who came later in day did something different. Wasn t given a receipt till I called and it wasn t itemized on what was done.
