They were quick & courteous, but a little on the high priced side. The installers rushed through things creating extra work for the finish guy. So the drywall work took longer than expected. I found out after they were finished and gone that my shower surround walls were not plumb which created a problem installing the shower doors.

The initial appointment was not kept by SP, but the customer service person was very contrite, and good about rescheduling. The service that was performed failed on the very first day, when the humidifier fell OFF the heating unit. To be fair, the company sent out an excellent repair team the next day to make it right. Bad on the front end, but took care of the problems, which is commendable.

BAD, BAD, BAD. Called for simple unclog drain and charged me $1,650 for adding a clean out that I didn't need. The clean out didn't fix it and they did a snake clean out that should have been done first and been less than $250. Finally reduced to $650 after meeting with owner. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER. RIP OFFS. RIP OFFS. Just gave them another chance and tried to charge me $474 to change furnace thermostat that cost $49 at LOWES and took 8 minutes to change. BAD, BAD, BAD.
