These people are professional and they truly care about their clients. I was very upset when calling for help. The person who answered calmed me down and assured me that she would have the scheduler call right away. The scheduler did exactly that and also helped me to calm down. Made sure I was next on the list, once the home well pro (Tom) had finished the job he currently was on. Tom called later, about 30 minutes prior to arrival, to be sure I was home. When he arrived, he was courteous, did everything he could to keep my house clean as he worked, explained to me what he was doing and what he discovered and how he fixed it. Turned out to be not a huge issue - just something I did not know how to fix. He was very reassuring and non-judgemental. Spent some time teaching me about home wells. Very apparent that he knew his craft. I told him over and over agin how much i appreciated his help and his kindness. The repair cost was also very reasonable. I recommend this company. Will definitely contact them again if we run into home well issues, although I hope we won t have to!!! Wonderful experience, as my husband was out of town and I was having to handle something crazy and new on my own. Well done, Service Plus Heating Cooling abs Plumbing. You have a new fan in me. Husband is now a fan as well!

In my opinion do not hire Service Plus for any work. I do not recommend them based on our experience with them. We had a damaged sewer line and called them for a quote. They came out, quoted the job with a price and a stated duration of one day. When we hesitated at the cost the salesman/estimator stated the job would take one day but might be only a half day implying the cost would reduce if they got it done in half the time. I agreed based on the cost with the implied reduction to half and they came and performed the work. The job took just under two hours - 1/4th the time quoted. I believe I received an erroneous estimate. They had to know the job was at most a half day and then doubled that price and time. If they had provided a quote with a more accurate time to perform the job and with the price they quoted I would have refused to give them the work and moved on to another source. We have a 30 year old home and plan additional work and updates. Service Plus will not have an opportunity to bid any of this work. Short sited of them in my opinion. I recommend move on from Service Plus and seek a more accurate estimate estimate in cost and time to complete the work from another company.
