Realizing that your central air is continuously running is call for a check up. Service plus was easy to schedule and work with. Joe showed up in the window provided and most importantly he called to inform me of his arrival time. You will not find that with most companies. Joe showed up and discussed not only what all he would be doing but took the time to answer any questions or added advice to any issues or potential problems. Very pleased with both the customer service and with Joe the technician. professionalism and service is not lost with this company nor with Joe! Highly recommend

Tony came to do an annual service review of our air conditioner. He arrived on time, was very nice, told us what he would do before he started, what he did after, told us the status after he was done- even changed our filter for us and advised on a possible solution for adding a mini split in our back room that has no air. Tony was awesome to work with.

Michael Neumeyer knows what he was doing and he was a true professional. They service plus sent an email Michael is coming with photo. That made me more comfortable.

I had Service Plus come out to do a yearly maintenance on my A/C unit. Joe White was extremely professional and helpful. He explained what he was going to do and completed the job in the time he said.

I was interested in converting my range to gas. He was thorough and honest. He explained that a gas line could be installed but a vent would need to be added. It wouldnÂ’t be possible for me to do that at a reasonable cost. He was courteous, honest, and knowledgeable. He said there would be NO CHARGE for his visit. I would happily use them in the future!
