Write a ReviewEveryday that I wake up I think about all the time and money that I have wasted on this useless and incompetent company. One case in point was my dryer that stopped heating. I paid $60 for service fee plus my regular monthly fees for 6 months and was told that I would be given $250 which was 1/3 what it cost me but would have to wait 8 weeks for my payment. I was furious so I spent three more weeks trying to reach escalation and finally they said it would take three weeks which never came. I told them to shove it and canceled my contract. If you deal with this company you need to have your head examined. They are useless.!!!!!

Plumbers arrived on time. Completed the job with no other issues. The plumbers did a professional job.
Company recommended installation of a part for $150. I was convinced and agreed to this. After install, I realized the part was only a few dollars, was very easily installed, and they didnt even do it right. The new plumbing piece leaked immediately. Upon calling Service Plus back out to correct the issue, they would not without additional (inflated) charges. I fixed the problem myself for a few dollars in parts from the hardware store. Service Plus' work is substandard, they overcharge, and they will not even correct their own faulty work without additional charges.
The Pro came as promised. There was an unexpected surprise with the shut off valve but the Pro handled the situation professionally. The bathroom is a small half bathroom but the Pro was able to complete the work with no problem. He gave me additional information on the service plans the company had (which I purchased). He was accommodating to my schedule. It was a bit expensive but we are satisifed with the work.
They are not organized. I have talked to multiple people about the same issue and have called them about work not finished and they tell he it is finished. I feel like I have to argue with them. I would also like to have an itemized receipt to show all the charges because I feel I was overcharged.
They came promptly as promised. They gave estimate and followed through exactly. Water quality has improved dramatically from the ice cubes to the better tasting water to the coffee machine working efficiently again. Very satisfied.
I can not find words to express our disappointment at this time with Service Plus. An employee of Service Plus broke our AC/Heater unit during just a routine maintenance. Not just they did not repair it, but with a pokerface were offering us to brake the cost into payments ( and they admitted that it was their fault). And then ( of courseâ  )said, that the manager will call and manager of a manager, etc. Nobody called back, all the calls were initiated by us. Next day another guy came and proposed to replace the broken part and split the cost really So the 2nd day it is 95 degrees outside and no AC, (we have 1y.o and a 6y.o at the house) and we need to look for a new company to repair or replace the unit. We've done business with them earlier ( plumbing, pipe replacement, boiler replacement) but no more. We just simply think it is very wrong come to the house with a working unit for a routine maintenance and leave the house with no heater or AC and on top of that asking for a money to fix it. We are disappointed, upset, frustrated...
