He was very knowledgeable about what it would take to complete the job and was up front with explaining it. Very friendly, listened to my concerns and offered solution options. My uncle who is blind , where's 2 hearing aids ., on a walker was charged $650.00 for probably less than 3 hr of work . He had a leak in his shower which it was fixed . I just think that was too much a hour for one mans work and I don't believe that they had that much in parts . I believe this was over charge.
