I was very pleased with my entire experience with Service Plus. The lady who scheduled my appointment was very polite and courteous and seemed very customer oriented. My technician, Nick, was awesome. He knew exactly what to do, explained everything clearly and offered options. I signed up for their program/club and am glad I did. I have no problem recommending them.

I had a reverse osmosis water purification system put it. It went ok, but the servicmen had a lot of issues that made it take longer than expected to put in. They also didn't really go over the system after it was done, I would have liked to know more about changing filters, when to do so, the warrenty etc.

The project took a little longer than expected do to illness of the guy who runs the big drill. Otherwise everything was good. Very respectful workers.

Good Follow thru, He install the Water Heater same day, and the repair person called me (not the customer service) follow thru double check the water and the pressure. Great job!
