Write a ReviewThe technician was great. He was real nice and worked hard troubleshooting my 2 issues. The $129 install expense for a capacitor is pricey, however, I feel I got efficient value as he spent a lot of time troubleshooting my humidifier.
This company is now withholding a credit promised to me for the fraudulent and poor quality of workmanship described below. They are trying to get me to sign a non-disclosure form that would force me to remove this review from the public eye. The facts are below and are undisputed by Service Plus. A 2-day entire house re-plumb job turned into a 2 month nightmare where we continually found things done poorly or incomplete, found leaks after they were 'done' and some pipes that were just never connected to anything. At one point they also sold me a new shower valve (for $800) and after install it had the exact same problem we started with, and then (after I had to point out that it wasn't any different), they told me they had miss-installed it and just needed to turn a cartridge around, meaning I didn't need a new valve in the first place, they just fraudulently sold me one. Aside from that they also took down an access panel in my bathroom to do work, and when done, covered the opening with white duct tape instead of putting the access panel back up. They also tried to re-quote me for more work on something I'd already paid for, lost the key to my house (and then returned someone else's key to me), hooked my dishwasher up to cold water instead of hot (unsanitary). They also do HVAC work, and they screwed that up to, when asked to install an AC cage over the unit in our yard, they installed it backwards and put holes in the side of my house to screw it in with a bracket... obviously incorrectly. Corrective work has eventually been completed, assuming we don't find more problems (which I doubt at this point), but only after I had to repeatedly call them out, as they seemingly do not inspect their work after completion AT ALL. So many problems... I would not wish the terrible work and service we got on anyone, please do not use this company.

Jared with Service Plus was prompt and courteous. He walked me through what needed to be done on the repair and kept me up to speed as he worked. The whole toilet replacement took less than 3 hours from placing the request in HomeAdvisor to job completion. He also helped look at a few faucets and my water softener at no additional charge and offered advice and instruction on how to use it. He treated me like I was a family member and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

When it comes to plumbing leaks the company should have a structural functionality contingency I would like the company to provide an option to repair/ensure the underling flooring solution when rotted flooring is underneath the original issue. They were an hour late went to the wrong address they had a prior address old address and the charging method has too much overhead.
