Ryan Phillips was very professional and worked very quickly. Had my washer drain unclogged within twenty minutes. Told me about their drain special so the project only cost $79. Well worth it.

The plumber was very good at finding and fixing the problem.
The plumber that came out is very customer friendly. Ronnie is an expert plumber. He notified me via text that he was on his way & then called me to let me know he may be 15 min late due to a jam on the interstate. This kind of service is almost non existent today. He protected the counter and cleaned up afterward. I will definitely use Service Plus again.

They did a quick and decent job, and went out of their way to get the job done that day. But make sure if you want a high efficiency system installed, you have those details about a high efficiency system placed in writing into the contract. I made a "same day" snap decision on their estimate, and I was disappointed to find that they had installed low efficiency equipment for the furnace, air conditioner, and water heater, when I had the understanding that it would be a high efficiency installation. This also prevented me from getting a credit or a rebate from my utility Companies and my taxes for installing high efficiency equipment. Since I never got what I was expecting in the efficiency range, I feel like I paid too much for what I did receive. The installer also borrowed my tape measure, and never returned it. I should have went with my other estimate, and I would have known what I was getting since it was specified. ADDITIONAL INFO: Service plus sent me an e-mail and told me to call them. I called the owner and left a message, but they never called me back! Obviously, they were avoiding me, and had no plan to make me a happy customer, like they said they would!
they were very polite, worked quickly to get things done and did it on a weekend not to let me wait until following week
These guys are polite and real pros Which unfortunately charge way to much. Perhaps it's the cost in the area , but it seemed that the cost was too much for what was done.
