Very prompt, courteous, and professional service. Recommended tankless water heater but we were concerned about capacity. They said it wouldn't be an issue with the unit they recommended and they were right. We ran our dishwasher and a hot load of laundry while two people took showers and there was no reduction in hot water flow or temperature. Very satisfied.

Rob is very patient and helpful in answering my concerns. The technician who came to do my water heater was very knowledgeable on what he was doing. Cleans after his work. Nice guy and works fast too.

The manager was quick to reply and their availability was great - their diagnostic fee though only applies to problems fixed during the initial visit - it does not include additional labor cost if parts have to be ordered and installed after that visit - that's the reason I gave them four stars for value for money but the technician was knowledgeable, cordial and quite efficient- we will definitely use them again

Rob went out of his way to make sure both of our toilets were working before he was done. Rob also called two days later to make sure all was good. I felt he was honest and up front about the work that was needed to be done. GREAT COMPANY !!!

From the moment I talked to this gentleman to the time the job was done, he was polite and very informative. I don't know much about plumbing but he was very knowledgeable and was very informed on the code and helped me deal with the plumbing inspector.
