The service provider arrived late, and I had to call to find out why he wasn't on time. But once he arrived everything went smoothly. Removed and installed the new water heater in about an hour's time. I had also gotten a quote from Lowe's and R.A. came in about $450 cheaper with the same warranty. They do charge a fee of 4% for credit/debit card usage, so beware of that.
