R.A. Plumbing and Mechanical Services is an exceptional company! It's rare that you could call a business actually speak to a very personable owner who explains the process in complete detail from start to finish and give you a accurate quote. There were no tricks or gimmicks just straight up conversation and a very concerned Plumbing guy and his crew. Jerry was my service man and he was also exceptional! He was very professional he came and did exactly what he was here to do and I even had to get a sump pump replaced but the process was very seamless and because they were already here working on my water heater they gave me a discount. I am very happy with the services I received today and I would recommend R.A. Plumbing and Mechanical Services to anyone looking for professional plumbing work.

Great service! I got a call almost immediately from putting in my request. Jerry came out the next day to install two hot water heaters. He was professional, efficient and thorough in making sure everything was connected properly. He even replaced a faulty connection that started to leak while he was there. IÂ’d hire them again!

I live downtown Chicago. These guys were the only one's who would give me a flat quote all inclusive to replace my water heater. Everyone else gave me a price and then were like if we need to add or move any pipes that's extra knowing well in advanced this will have to be done since no water heater will be exact match to what I have currently. They were upfront honest, transparent about their pricing and stuck to it. The price I paid all inclusive was close to what other plumbers wanted for a swap with no extra pipe movement. Will use again.

We were contacted by R.A. Mechanical immediately when we searched for a plumber. The customer service was superb and the price for the work on replacing our tankless water heater was fair and reasonable. We contacted several other companies and the quoted prices were ridiculously high! The R. A. Mechanical plumber was knowledgeable and communicated really well what needed to be done. A big thank you to Jim for getting hot water back in our house!

There was confusion about date promised. They came a day early, which worked out fine. The location of new water heater was very close to the wall, closer the the one it replaced, which was unexpected but it was already done when I realized.
