Write a ReviewPoliteness for my husband and myself
Quick response, happy with results.
When the tech arrived he was sitting in my parking lot for 15 minutes (that is what he told me because he said he did not have my last name or phone number to ring my buzzer). This is the time I was charged for. The technician replaced the thermopile on my hot water heater per my request because the pilot light would not stay lit. There was water and dampness around the base of the unit at that time. Within 3 weeks the pilot light would again not stay lit. I had another plumber come look at it who advised me that the entire unit was shot because it is leaking on the inside and that any plumber who looked at it and especially if they changed the thermopile would have seen that immediately. He explained that is why there is water around the base of my water heater. I called Rob, the owner, and left a message regarding this (I did not have anyone else do any additional work, waiting for RA to call me back and see if we could resolve this). I never received a call back from RA, or Rob the owner. Nothing. I paid for a repair that was never going to hold and I have got no call from the company.
I am sorry to hear that you had an issue. While we pride ourselves on calling back as fast as practical, sometimes we can work on things to be better going forward. So thank you so much for bringing that short coming to our attention. While onsite no water was observed by our technician otherwise we may have recommended a water heater replacement. Since no water was observed we installed the parts you had previously received from the manufacturer and that you contacted us to install. Had we observed water or had you asked for a water heater to be replaced, we would have been happy to provide that service complete with upfront pricing just like we did for your current job. Please except our apology on the delay in calling back and take care!
Called within an hour or two. Estimated the job from a picture over the phone. Came first thing the next morning. Estimated a 45min job, and Kevin completed in 25 minutes. He was efficient, knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. Very satisfied.
Quick response. Installed new water heater, and removed old one. 10 year warranty on the one I purchased. Installation crew was polite and efficient.
They were quick and efficient.
on time, good looking installation
Very responsive and helpful. Replaced a hot water heater within a couple days of 1st inquiry. I shopped around and R.A. Mechanical had the best price.
Service was professional and fast
Talked with the supervisor on initial call and the tech that came out about options. both were very helpful and were honest about when an upgrade is or is not needed.
