Friendly and courteous. I had a water heater installed and they did a great job! They cleaned up everything and took my old water heater to the curb (I had purchased my own water heater, otherwise they would have taken the old one away). The cost was reasonable as well.

We were in a tight spot needing to have our water heater fixed or replaced. It required more than just a replacement as it was an older home and the current water heater was not venting properly. Rob at R.A. gave us a couple of options and we chose the long term fix. He responded immediately to our inquiry and fixed our situation in short order. The team was very professional and efficient. My daughter was thrilled with the results as she had been working with others trying to get the heater taken care of. Having someone that knows what they re doing and was very reasonable in the price was a relief. Also, the communication and service was top notch. Please know that this is a real review. I had a very difficult time trying to find someone to replace our hot water heater in our manufactured/mobile home, looked to Home Advisor for help, and found R.A. Mechanical. They were up to the challenge! I spoke with Rob on the phone and Jerry came to do the work. Both gentlemen are very professional, yet personable, and will do everything they can to do get the job done right. They both have fantastic customer service. Jerry did have to come back the next day to fix a manufacturer quality control issue causing a leak, and knew just what to do to. I would recommend them and would use them again in the future. They are a credit to the plumbing industry.

I am very please with work done by R.A. Mechanical. Jerry was very professional, he came in and knew where the cut off the water without any problem any went working. The job was quick and efficient. Excellent service. Jerry is very knowledgeable.
