Hundreds cheaper for a hot water heater than the big companies, who advertise all over. Jerry did a great job and was very professional and when I talked to Rob on the phone, he asked a lot of questions, was very upfront about the job and pricing and talked like I was somebody he knew and wanted to do a good job for. Highly recommended.

Bob is professional and friendly. He asked for the specific info needed regarding the water heater I wanted to replace and within an hour gave me an estimate, answered questions regarding the installation and a timeframe in which the installation could be done. The technician was on time for the appointment, installed the water heater, explained the work performed, cleaned up / hauled away the old heater. I am very satisfied with this company and would highly recommend his services. Thanks to Bob and the technician.
