I had a lot of reservations about converting a 17 year old 50gal powervent tank water heater to a tankless heater, but Rob came out for free to assess my situation and ensured me that a tankless would work in my condo (based on gas line width, existing PVC exhaust, and other aspects). We scheduled his team to come out the next week and they completed the job within a few hours. I got about 5 quotes for the job and RA was by far the cheapest and I paid exactly what I was originally quoted. Rob took the time to answer all my questions and educate me about the unit that was installed. Overall a great experience with very friendly people!

We hired R.A. Plumbing and mechanical to replace our hot water heater. Our tenants had been without hot water for several days at that point. He came in and replaced the appliance. When he was finished he asked for pay. As we wanted to be sure that the water heater was fully functioning and not broken, we asked that they wait until there was hot water coming out of the faucets before payment. Upon hearing this he immediately became enraged and very aggressive. We are not in the area and the only person home was one of our tenants. He told us that if we did not pay him immediately that he would remove the new hot water heater he had just installed. He then proceeded to not only remove the hot water heater but he also destroyed a pump and an additional part, which added nearly $1,000 onto the price of the new hot water heater we had to pay a fortune for the following day. The real icing on the cake is that he actually took OUR OLD HOT WATER HEATER. As a result our tenants had no running water AT ALL, and it makes us wonder if he even diagnosed it correctly, or if he just claimed it was a broken hot water heater to make more money. Finally, it should be noted this is the 3rd time we have had a really HORRIBLE experience. These Pros are anything but and I would be VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY careful about hiring anyone from here, particularly this thief. He is a danger and should NEVER be trusted DO NOT HIRE HIM if you care about the people in your life!!!!!!!!!!!

Overall, we are pleased with our new tankless water heater. Robert was able to stop out quickly and give us an estimate. He answered all our questions and provided valuable information on tankless water heaters and what to expect. He wanted to make sure we were choosing the tankless for the right reasons and had the correct expectations going into the project. The workmanship was excellent. The team went the extra mile in re-routing the gas and water lines so they were out of the way. I would/will hire them again for additional work when needed.

They were at our house on a Friday within 3 hours and installed a brand new water heater by 1:30. Would highly recommend and appreciate the urgent response and work that was done.

I was very nice that Rob was able to fit me in his schedule on such a short notice. They came out fix my hot water heater, it didn't take long at all nice job well done. Also Rob called when I was still on the phone with Home Advisor, that was quick.

I called early this morning to have my hot water heater replaced. They booked me for early afternoon and the work was done pro! Fair price and great service!
