They replaced my hot water heater on a Sunday morning with a 1 day notice. 1 Week later we smelled gas, Nicor came out and tested saying the screws were not tightened and we were very lucky we called. We still haven't heard from the company and \ tell all that if you need work done DO NOT CALL R.A. Plumbing.

Jim Gray arrived on time and was professional and courteous. He worked fast and answered any questions I had. He explained all parts of the installation of the water heater. I would highly recommend R.A. Mechanical and will use them again for other plumbing problems.
