Great service. After speaking with Rob I sent him a picture. He called me back and explained my options. After checking availability this morning Rob called at 7am and confirmed my choice. The tech was there by 10 and gone by 12 and by 12:30 I had hot water again. Would highly recommend.

Rob was very responsive and gave us an extremely competitive quote. He was one of the first to reach out, and was quick with a quote and a followup. The day of the installation Kevin was great! He communicated with us as soon as he had an ETA, he was very responsive and helpful and careful to inform me of what was happening every step of the way. I'm really pleased with the service and the quality and the price.

I used Angi’s to request for quotes for a replacement of my water heater. RA was one of the first 2 that Angi’s sent me. I clicked on ‘request quote’ for both vendors. RA called me first. Rob left me a voicemail. Then I called him back and got his vmail so I left him a message. He called back again. After a little phone tag I was able to speak with him. This was pretty late into the evening. He was super knowledgeable, asked me a list of key questions, asked me to send him pictures. I took some and texted him back. He immediately called me back, gave me a couple options, described his service offering in detail. I chose the option they made the best sense to me. No haggling with price, no arm twisting to upswell (as soon I said ‘no’ to a couple add ons he respected my wish). He had an opening the next day. We scheduled. Jon, the guy who came over to install water heater was on time, communicated with me, handled my finicky neighbors (parking and moving vehicle as needed), did the install, walked me through it, took my payment on zelle and off he went. I couldn’t be more happier. Beyond my expectations. My job is demanding with video calls all day so I really appreciated the level of professionalism and follow through from the get go. Thank you Rob and thank you Jon!

I spoke to Rob just before 10:00a.m. He was very professional and knowledgeable and friendly. I sent him some pics of my water heater. He said someone would be at my house between 12:00 and 2:00. John showed up at 1:30 and the whole job was done by 3:30. I could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend R.A. Mechanical and will use them again for any of my plumbing issues.
