MJC Movers, LLC

They gave me 2 different quotes, charged me higher. They broke items in one of my bins, one being a cup my grown son made in elementary school. I saw it on the ground asked the mover for it back. He said he would get it for me. Didnâ t retrieve it said it was in a tool bag. Called the mover on the cell phone I had he said he would look. Called the office never got it back. Awith mediation from BBB they threw it away? Really. They tore my brand new office chair. Had a BBB mediation today. What a joke, their movers are negligent but the owner, who had a translator, said she was offering 10.00? What an insult. Do not use these people they donâ t care about your stuff. Itâ s all about the mighty dollar to them. They charged me for shrink wrap and I gave them a huge roll I bought. It doesnâ t matter what you say they have no fault! Worst movers I have every used. From the list of reviews, mostly negative, I wish I had read them and never used them at 154.00 per hour.

They damaged my bed

The customer service was amazing. However, I was extremely under quoted for move. The person I spoke to over the phone assured me that the job would take no more that two hours but quoted me for three hours, just to be safe. Understandable. The movers arrived on time but upon entry said it would take them at the very least two hours just to pack my items in the truck. The entire process took 7 hours so I was charged more than twice the amount I was quoted for.

MJC Moving, LLC is one of the best moving companies I have had the pleasure of working with. They are so conscientious and really know the moving business so they ask the right questions up front in order to size the job accurately. Starting with Vance who initially scheduled our move, to Ben who called to confirm the date/time of move and what all would be moved. The team that came to move us were so respectful and kind to us. My husband is a tool and stereo equipment hoarder. The guys were understanding and patient with him. Danny did a great job supervising the project and DJ, Stephen, Deon, Desmond and Ronnie were so careful with our stuff and showed interest in my mom and husband's treasures. They worked so hard and so quickly. None of our items were damaged in any way. The move was something I dreaded but these gentlemen made it quick and painless. Thank you all for helping us set up our new home. We truly enjoyed working with each of you.

Ugh Moving, right!? After receiving several outrageous quotes. I threw up both of my imaginary hands! Fo Real, did all the previously owned OTR box truck companies make a V-line for me? That is when I was located by MJC Movers. They seem to know the business, eased my fears and the quote was reasonable, and fair. WORD TO THE WISE! Although MJC brought the hard workers, friendliness and expertise, I did not factor in the drive time, stairs and additional box count would eat up so much of my budget! Plan to pay an additional 1-2 hours to be on the safe side!! Honestly, when it was all said and done get some cash in hand because you will still want to tip these guys! Their customer service, reliability, speed and finesse is far above the rest!! Ask for Deons Team!!! You will be surprised at what precision, experience and muscle can accomplish!! They were very good except they were over an hour late.

Ben was completely professional and pleasant to talk with. He worked with me to give me the best rate and told me to call him at anytime. He was amazing! I would recommend this company to everyone. â ¤ï¸

They was ok but they tell you one thing and when they come it?s something else!

I highly recommend MJC Movers. They were so easy to work with. I had to change my move date at the last minute and they were accommodating and flexible. Moving is not ever easy and Maurice was very helpful explaining the services they offered. The 3 movers; Gary, Dejuan and Michael were very fast and did a great job. I cannot say enough about how they made this process so smooth and easy. I compared several other companies and they had the best price and matched that with the excellent quality of their services.

They are the absolute best ever.
