Tey, J and Lady were amazing. They were warm and very professional. It was an absolute pleasure working with them. All my things were wrapped and moved with care. I would surely recommend this company.

John worked with us to cut costs. The teams they sent to pack on day one was led by Bryan and that team took extra special care with our valuables. The team the next day did the move for us. Lady stood out as a remarkable orchestrator, though the whole team rocked. This was a difficult move and every team member worked to make it happen for us.

I really was surprised and pleased with the level of customer service I experienced with this company. From getting my quote, to confirming my time, and showing up on time. These guys were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They explain everything to me, Answered every question and walked me through the entire moving process. I would definitely recommend them. If I could have given a 10 star rating I would. Thank you MJC Movers!

From the turn around time of submitting my request to the immediate follow up and sending of a quote, I was very pleased with Rommel's assistance in this process. I had received other quotes that were considerably higher than MJC and it was difficult to find a comany that would be willing to take a small move. MJC did not make me feel like my need was not as important as possibly a larger move. The movers called ahead and arrived when they said they would. Everything was handled in a professional manner and paperwork in tact. No hidden fees or unnecessary fees. My only feedback I would like to offer is possibly scheduling labor where all or at least two have the skillset to put beds and desk together and breakdown. When just one person is responsible, it slows the process.The others stood around and had to wait since ther other portion of move had been completed. The team was hospitable and took care of my items. I will use MJC again for my future needs.

The customer service provided by Rommel when setting up the appointment and by Brian and his crew during the move was excellent. They were timely, professional and put the customer first.

I wanted to give two separate reviews, one for the company, and one for the movers themselves. The movers were great. They were professional, on time, and gentle with all my items. I had absolutely no problems with the movies. The estimator that was sent originally is another matter. What he did was the equivalent of a bait-n-switch. The company sent out a person name Kendall to do the estimate for the move. Kendall came out and low balled the quote about $800 cheaper than the other quotes Id received and said that MJC Movers would be cheaper because they would send more movers to do the job in the 6 hr window quoted. On the day of the move, only 4 movers were sent. It took them 11hrs to complete my move, even though I didnt move all items I originally informed Kendall I needed to have moved. The company then waited until my entire move was loaded on the truck, charged me another $1100 and told me if I didnt pay they were going to keep all my items, charge me $250 per night for storage and file a small claims case against me. The original breakdown was supposed to be $1100 for 6 hrs. They advertise at $149 per additional hr. The move was finished at 10pm, which was 7hrs additional. When I was called by the office for the payment, Kendall joined the call and said I must have added additional items to account for the 7 hrs additional time and that I should have just stopped the movers MID MOVE at the 6hr mark. He even admitted on the phone that wed discussed why the quote was so much lower then others after seeing everything I owed and still said the job could be done because they would send out more movers. Had the company sent the movers Kendall promised, it wouldnt have taken 11hrs to complete this move.

The movers were great they made everything so easy for me even though I was trying to pack up and get in their way trying to bring stuff to them they had it down and just told me I could relax because I was a frazzled mess. The overall experience was fantastic and I appreciate it everything they did a great job five stars

unprofessional, send you an invoice then tell you you have to pay now. they don't talk professional on the phone. waits to respond to tell me about fees.

They were 45 minutes late. They shorted me a man and only credited me $15. The quote was 596 I paid $713. The guy Ronnel or whatever his name is he made the reservation and said it was 4 hrs and I end up talking to Edgardo P. who has very poor customer service skills and was steady trying to over charge me regardless of what the quote stated. This company was terrible from start to finish. As if it wasn't bad enough I was shorted a man then he had one of the guys held up on the phone for 15 minutes while I paid for the time. Just udder ridiculousness!! I don't recommend MJC Movers LLC to anyone. I am disgusted to say the least. Angie's list should not have garbage like this on the site.
