Very personable and professional service provided all around.

The guys were nice and friendly. They worked hard but they were quite slow (the final cost was more than double the estimate) and the truck they sent was too small, so we could not fit everything. They damaged several items (broke a table leg, dropped an antique apothecary cabinet, scratched up several shelves, and destroyed a large work desk), but never even offered a claim form. They did not reassemble the furniture at the new location, except to put a china cabinet hutch on, upside down, and did not secure it (thank goodness we discovered it in time). We did this exact same move two years ago for half the price, and in half the time. Cannot recommend them.

They were very efficient and hard workers . Get a virtual quote at least . What they estimate on the phone it usually does not translate to reality. They were very fair on the charges, but they have way underestimated the size of my move. I had a 2 bedroom apartment fully furnish . They estimated 4 hours 4 people ; it took 8 hours ; and this was going to a warehouse of 10x 25 x10 which it was full by the end of the move. They worked hard . Thank you

What a great crew! The team of 5 gentlemen were professional and friendly . They took care with my possessions and got the move done efficiently. Highly recommend.

Workers at the house worked long and hard. They were professional and careful with our stuff. My complaint is in the estimate. They GROSSLY underestimated the time and materials, but the estimate *is not binding.* So we are stuck paying a while lot more than other movers because we signed a contract. I could understand going over by 5%, or even 10%. I would have taken 15%. But when all is said and done, we will be paying almost 50% over the original bid, which is unacceptable! Will not recommend them to anyone.

My move was FANTASTIC! I hate moving, but Erik and Ronnie made the move painless and they were EXTREMELY efficient. I'll use MJC again and won't hesitate to request Erik and Ronnie.

Unexpectedly higher than expected to move a 1 bedroom, living room set, and dining room table and chairs. But the people were nice and got the job done.

While the team doing the actual moving did a really good job, the back office lacks professionalism. My actual move was charged over $200 on a $700 quote. They under quote to get your business then they upcharge you. If you do not pay their upcharge they do not unload your household goods. As well as be prepared for hidden fees. Overall they are a pleasant company in regards to friendliness but they sure can update their quoting process. Again, the crew doing the actual physical work did a really good job. One team member did show up 1.25 hours late which put the other 3 team members in a delay in getting my goods packed up and loaded.

I needed contents of my storage unit moved from Cumming to Blairsville, Georgia. Marcos, Eric and Juan had such positive attitudes and were fun to be around. They arrived in Blairsville just as I was completing the paperwork for my new unit, much earlier than I expected. And they made all the stuff from my 10 by 15 unit fit into a 10 by 10 unit. The cost was also less than half that quoted by another mover, so I saved a lot of money. Great experience!
