Write a ReviewI would give a ZERO 0 rating but it was not an option... This was the WORSE experience ever !!! This company needs an F with the BBB... I will b filing a complaint with the BBB .. I do not understand how they are ... The prices went up tremendously from what was quoted...the employees went into my fridge and helped themselves to my food and drinks without asking...left cigarette butts and cigars all in my driveway...left their fast food garbage all around my house in and outside... Threw expensive wrapping paper I was charged for in the trash can...packed a lot of things that was not supposed to be packed and did not pack what I had on the list for them too pack so as a result a lot of my things got left behind... Was trying to hold my belongings hostage while I went to the bank to get payment... Then they packed my storage unit improperly so I was forced to get another unit...mind you it was at THEIR storage which was an additional $200.. They packed my live plants which was stupid on part any idiot knows a live plant cant live in a storage unit... Iand the owner Michael is the WORSE... That man gave me the run around fir weeks... I wanted reimbursing fir my plants, food, drinks... I should have gotten half off the RIDICULOUS bill of $6,703.97. I got $120 for my plants food drinks.. I provided pictures of everything I had a complaint about.. And owner and I are on the phone and started arguing and I was irate...frustrated... Felt taken advantage of...and he puts his employee ronnie on the phone and why I d not know because he lied and called me a bitch... I was using profanity also... That company is the WORSE and i will NEVER NEVER use or recommend.
The 2 stars are for the company and not the actual movers who worked really hard. I received my initial quote in which I left a $100 deposit to be applied towards my total cost. The day before my move we discussed packing materials for my televisions, glass tables, etc. So the initial quote was increased (understandable). I purchased a money order for the TOTAL amount minus my $100 deposit. They sent 3 men and this was for a 5 hour job. At one point it took 2 men over 30 minutes to remove 1 television from a wall mount. I could not offer any help as they got tools, etc. eventually I noticed a bar behind the tv and suggested that they remove the bar. This entire time all they had to do was turn the bar then pull it out to remove the tv. We arrive at the new home and here is where all of the BS begins. Driver is on the phone with the moving company now here comes the extra fees for additional time because they arrive later than anticipated plus there was ATL traffic. I spoke with the manager and stated that I should not be paying for the extra time spent to remove a tv. He stated they were unable to charge me for a 1/2 hr rate and only took off $25 of their $106 up charge while they held my belongings hostage. I paid the additional charge with a credit card, they charge a 4% fee when using a credit card. Now they unload my belongings and I sign off on a bunch of paperwork once the job is completed. The time is stated on the final paperwork. A couple of hours later I received a phone call from another manager stating that I did not pay all of the charges due to the company. They were trying to get you an additional $100 out of me and charge a 4% fee even though I paid my initial charges by money order. I am no mathematician but when you have a total amount due and you -$100 from that, guess what? I stated that they were not getting another dime out of me. He tried to get even more time even after the job was completed because he said their GPS showed that the truck was at my location. Really, take that up with the driver. Prime example of the bait and switch. NEVER again.

Do many issues I do not know where to start but this company totally misrepresented itself. There were hidden fees I was asked to help and there were 3 guys present. One disappeared in my bathroom for at least 15 minutes making a bowel movement. They broke an item, the quote went from 358 to 711 for 7 boxes, a mattress, a platform bed frame, 2 tables 2 chairs 4 shelves a 70-inch TV, and a mini-fridge. The second location was 4.4 miles from the initial one. With 3 people doing the math it does not make sense. I was initially quoted almost $700 dollars on the day I wanted to move I stated I cannot do that then the representative stated that I can save you over $300 dollars if you do it another day so I went with that. It was not disclosed to me that as soon as the truck arrives the charges start, I did not start signing paperwork until 9:22 am but on the paperwork it stated 9 am which is already almost half an hour just starting to sign. The mover stated we start on the hour but then the manager stated later that it starts when the truck arrives so which is which? The agent did state if they had to use any packing items that it would be a charge, ok but that is turned into $60 dollars for a cut-up box that was divided into 4 pieces that they packed my 70-inch TV in that were $10 each piece. Then I was charged for tape but only 2 items got taped I was charged for two rolls and they shrink-wrapped one table. Then there was a 3% charge that the mover told me I had to ask the company about. Then you have no idea how much it is going to cost until the end so they pressure you to use your card which came to an extra almost $30 then the movers are pressuring you to give them 5 stars why you were not professional you asked me to help I am paying not to have to help, you broke something, your helpers disappear to run the time up you do not arrive to drop off location until at least 30 minutes later. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I do not like to feel like I have got taken if you did the job efficiently and your price matched up I would have no issues, but I have no tolerance for trickery. I had rooms to go that next day to deliver some furniture they told me the price for the delivery they came and did their job and no issues and I gave them an awesome review in will report right or wrong. I reported this company to the better business bureau because I felt this company was egregiously misleading and misrepresenting in the advertising of what they say they represent and provide. I do not want anyone else to go through this.

Very professional and work fast.
I gave an accurate list of my furnishings and belongsings that needed to be moved. They gave me an estimate of $596 for the move. The final charges for the move were $913 or 53% more than the original estimate. They also damaged my dresser and also failed to unload some of my belongings from the truck which I have still not received from them a month since the move.
They were professional and fast.
On time, Great people, easy to deal with and very respectful as well. Also they make you feel at ease when in the moving process. Called last minute late at night and they were there for me first thing in the morning. Prices are unbeatable. Iâ d definitely recommend them to everyone I know that needs moved. Thanks guys
