This was an ABSOLUTE horrible experience. They broke a glass table top and tried to hide it in a box thinking we would not notice it was missing. Then they offered us $6 WHOLE dollars to replace it. It was a huge piece of glass. $6 is NOT going to cover this. And we just realized that the tv was dropped. 1/2 of the screen is fuzzy. And cracked. NO ONE needs to hire this company. They are pathetic and dishonest. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THESE WORTHLESS PEOPLE YOUR MONEY.

Rearranging my house to accommodate changes. It’s impossible for a 70 year old to move furniture up and down stairs. Found this company that was great. Price quoted up front. 3 nice young men showed up and went right to work. Very pleased with them. I hope never to have to do that again but will certainly contact them if I do.

We had two trucks and 6 crew. They all were professional, personable and very hard workers. The move went so smooth! I would highly recommend this Company! Communication was superb by Nadija pre-move.

I have been a victim of Identity theft in the past, I did not feel comfortable with giving my credit card number over the phone and was given the option to pay in the app. They would not let me pay in the app saying the option is turned off.

First off, when we booked with MJC movers they stated that they owned their own trucks. The movers arrived 30 minutes late in a uhaul truck. The worker that handled the paperwork was professional in the beginning. After awhile, they all seemed to be a little lax. Since we were paying by the hour this is problematic. The movers disassembled our bed and our theater seats but when we arrived in our newly built home the movers damaged our walls, drugged our sofa over the new hardwood floors (scratching them) and damaging the walls around almost every room they placed items in. Every item they moved had damage to them and they didn't reassemble the sofa correctly (leaving the cords and hookups at the old house). They also didn't reassemble our canopy bed completely leaving one of the top rails at our other home. Our old home is still full of boxes and furniture that the movers didn't move because most of them were marked heavy. Most of this took place because they came with a smaller truck then we discussed during the scheduling to be able to move a 4 bedroom 2 bath house. Now we'll have to hire another company to finish the job they didn't complete. We're completely upset and dissatisfied.
