I could write a novel, but doubtful a long review would get much attention. I'll sum it up this way... I was so scared to even start the process of looking for windows... And just like that it's done. It was done with care and trust and professionalism. Paul and his team may be the easiest and most honest folks with which I've ever had the pleasure to hire.

This was a window and siding project. The project ended perfectly. The materials delivered were top notch and the craftmanship was impeccable. Great attention to detail with a mindset of making me happy. Everything went as planned and the communication flowed well. Except for weather delays the work was finished on time. I highly recommend Innovative Home Improvements.

They did a fantastic Job. We needed 9 windows replaced on the main floor of our Townhouse. Paul was polite and responsive. I met with different contractors and Paul not only gave me the best deal he was the only one that did not make me feel like they were trying to push me into something. Additionally Paul was extremely helpful in getting what I needed to get HOA approval for a new color. I will definitely use Innovative Home Improvements when we finish the remaining windows.

The men who installed the windows were very professional. They started and finished the job faster than anticipated and worked diligently on-site without excessive breaks. Paul was great to work with and was understanding and flexible with our timing needs! Would definitely recommend this company to everyone. Great price quote as well!

We had a great experience with this company from the start. As new homeowners in a house needing some work, it was very overwhelming in knowing where to start. From the beginning, Dan was great; he was very thorough in his explanations and patient with us as we went through the process. They came out in a timely fashion, and even came back out to correct something to ensure our satisfaction. We will definitely use them again for future projects.

We had Innovative replace our windows and siding and also take care of rotted trim wood on our house. They did a superb job. The new siding included 3/8" foamboard insulation and new tyvek-type wrap beneath the siding. The siding looks excellent and we can tell there's a big improvement in thermal and sonic insulation for the house. The new windows are also excellent. And it's not just the appearance that I'm pleased with. I was home during most of the installation and the craftsman doing the install took great care to do things correctly and thoroughly. One neighbor who watched them called them OCD about it. So I'm very pleased and would gladly recommend them and use them again.

Dan was great, he saw the process from the beginning to the end. The window installers were very nice, did a great job, and cleaned up very nicely before they left.

Innovative Home Improvements exceeded my expectations in quality, customer service, and promptness. I can t rave enough about this company and Paul the owner! Our new siding is beautiful!

No hassle quote for all new windows (20). Less than 1/2 of Anderson and several thousand less than a recommended home remodeler. They took a couple of months to be delivered, but we're installed quickly and very well. All dealings with the owner and installers were professional and pleasant.
