If you are anything like me then you have seen the contracting companies at the home shows and said that you will never replace your windows. That was us for the past 11 years. We called Paul (and 2 other companies). Paul was the first here and I wish he was the only. The other 2 were us doing what we should do but they were horrible and I literally had to throw one of them out of my house. From start to finish, this was the BEST home contracting experience that I have EVER had. If I have anything that needs to be done at my house from this point forward there isn't anyone else that I will ever call. If Paul and Innovative Home Improvements does it then they will take care of it for us. Thank you so much.

This job was for siding: He kept me informed every step of the way including an uncooperative tenant and I also hired to have him put on a roof at another location.

From the time we requested a quote to the time we signed the contract until the project was complete, Paul Harrison was a consummate professional, handling any inquiries and making sure our roof installation was scheduled in a timely fashion and executed to our solid satisfaction.

His foreman, Mr. Jung, is a conscientious, meticulous tradesman who takes pride in his work. I never felt anything but respect for the operation, and trust in their ability and willingness to execute the project above my expectations.

He was not pushy or aggressive and listened to me answering my questions with clarity and patience. Paul was very courteous, efficient and personable. The workman installing my windows was also a fine example of excellent workmanship and courtesy.

I got several estimates prior to hiring and, not only did they have a great price, but Paul was very knowledgeable about the windows, as well as some of the quirks of my HOA that they would have to work around. Every person from the company was friendly and professional. They were always on time and stayed until the job was finished. Paul followed up with me a few days after the installation and was willing to address the few concerns that I had. I would definitely recommend them!
