Paul and his team did excellent work! I originally spoke with Paul in March of 2007, and even though we waited until January 2008 to start the project, he honored the price that he originally quoted. The project was completed ahead of schedule, and my wife and I are really enjoying the warmth and comfort our new windows are providing. I'd definitely recommend Paul to anyone looking to install new windows!

So, far me and my husbands experience working with Paul Harrison has been a very professional and a positive one. There was never any pressure with dealing with Paul. He has proven thus far to be a person with honesty and integrity in his business dealings. Out of the five window companies that we consulted with Innovative Home Improvements was one of the least expensive and has provided quality work. Professionalism, quality, and timeliness were great. Paul and his crew were polite and efficient. My new insulation, siding and gutters/downspout look great. Cost and material were very competitive with other estimates I received. Team finished sooner than expected. Paul did not harass me. Materials arrived as scheduled and team began sooner than planned but it was okay with me.

Their work looks very good. They used their judgment on both look and materials. It is a matter of trust. Their choices were good on the change in materials they used around the window and they changed the downspout when they were damaged taking them down. I recommend this company.

We had purchased windows and siding and the installation of each. We are very pleased with the finished product. What was even more impressive was Innovative Home Improvements' (Mr. Harrison) willingness to work with our budget. They also kept us informed that they were not encounter any problems and they kept us apprised of the timelines throughout the process. They completed the job in a timely and professional manner!
