Paul & his workers were very professional, yet down to Earth. All questions were answered & problems fixed. I felt very confident in the process & the work we had done. I would highly recommend Innovative Home Improvements & consider them in the future for any additional projects we decide to do.

Overall the experience went very well. The windows only took 3 weeks for delivery and the installation took 4 hours. The only complaint is they do not accept credit cards. I planned on spreading the expense over a few months. Instead I had to pay by check.

In all the years we have been in business,we have never received a rating like this.We put in the windows earlier then expected ,finished the job in a timely manner and did a thorough inspection and clean up.The customer raved about the job ,but doesn't believe in a perfect rating,so it can leave room for improvement.

Paul was a pleasure to work with.He came out a year ago and gave me the best price for the better product.I wasn't ready at the time ,but he guaranteed the price until I was ready.The crews finished all 17 windows in one day .The clean up was fantastic.When Paul originally came out ,he only saw 16 windows,but with the final measure their was 17.Paul honored the price and included the 17th window at no charge.You should use Innovative Home Improvements for your window project,they are great.

Our house looks wonderful. Your workers were diligent, courteous, and even showed up in the rain. They cleaned up after themselves, and you stand by your work which removes any doubts we might have had in the beginning of this process.
