I would highly recommend this contractor! They installed new siding, gutters, and shutters on my house. Paul stayed in constant contact with me during the entire project from start to finish and was available for any questions I had. Great experience!

Paul Harrison and the installers were very friendly and professional . Mr. Harrison was very understanding and matched my needs with my budget. The installers arrived on time, worked thru lunch, cleaned up when they were funish and displayed a high level of experience and skill in installing my windows. I was very impressed with them and will use them again in the near future.

Andrew and Willie showed up a little before the scheduled arrival, which was great. I had 11 windows replaced, and though it's too soon to assess their full positive insulating effects, the noise coming in through outside is definitely reduced. They did a good job cleaning up and going room to room to ensure there were no problems. Paul arrived as Andrew and Willie were leaving to inspect the installs himself. There was one window that had an upper sash that didn't "look" straight, but dicovered that the rough opening wasn't square, which made the window look off. Paul said that if there are any problems he would take care of it.

From start to finish, it was absolute pleasure working with Paul Harrison and Innovative Home Improvement. We obtained three estimates for this work and Paul was the only one who didn't try and pressure us into signing a contract on the spot. Each person we interacted with from IHI was professional and showed up on schedule. The actual work was done quickly, and we were impressed with the fact that no mess was left behind (not always my experience when hiring contractors). The installers were professional and did a fantastic job. We were very satisfied with the service we received and will definitely be recommending this company to others!

Paul is very knowledgeable of what he is doing. He treated our house like his own. Paul knows our priorities and made quality suggestions for our home. Since our roof was in bad shape, he made sure we were top on his list. He used quality materials for our roof. Now our roof looks wonderful, safe, and we are worry-free! He has the best customer service skills and not pushy. He has that knowledge and is trustworthy. He is very detailed-oriented and would deliver quality work for you. Most of all he is professional. Paul came to provide the estimate on time as scheduled. That was the first plus. He, pricing was comparable to other estimated, (about mid range), but what was outstanding was his efforts to negotiate with the insurance company on my behalf to to obtain a higher settelment which was needed to complete the job. His workers also came on time, were efficient and cleaned up when the job was done. The siding looks great! No noticible flaws. Time will tell, but the workmanship looks sturdy. Held up through the high winds last night. So far, this was a painfless home improvement projects.
