I strongly recommend Innovative for your siding needs. Paul is very transparent in the sales and servicing processes, and Mr. Jung is very diligent and proficient in the actual labor. They paid close attention to detail, preferring to complete the job effectively, rather than quickly. The final work product looks very good, and we trust that it will be sound for years to come. Their pricing was also competitive with other options. Truthfully, I have the sense that lower-cost bids would have entailed significant hidden costs that we did not face. Again, I strongly recommend Innovative for your residential siding needs.

Easy to work with - give a single very reasonable price and did not try to sell me on any additional work. The final end product was better than I anticipated.

The proposal was given with no games (special discounts for this or that), and was good for several months. No pressure of any kind. The work preformed was not rushed and and no short cuts were taken. I am extremely pleased with product.

Innovative Home Improvements, owned by Paul Harrison, was communicative, fast, zero-pressure, extremely fair priced (honestly the lowest we found), and above all - HONEST. If you need windows or siding in the Baltimore/DC area, I couldn't recommend them more. I wish that I could use them for all home improvement projects - Paul and his team are simply fantastic - Hire them. One of the most important things to me when it comes to customer service is how a mistake is dealt with. Mistakes happen sometimes - it's how someone deals with a mistake that you can often see the true character and ability of a company or person. Paul and his team raised the bar. During installation they realized that two windows were the wrong size, and had already rush ordered the correct windows and had a plan in place to deal with it before alerting me. Truthfully, the windows were so close in size that I probably wouldn't have even caught it - they could have covered it up, which very often happens - but it was obvious that never crossed their mind. After dealing with a horrible contractor about 2 years ago who tried to hide every mistake or tell me that I was in the wrong, Paul's approach was an incredible breath of fresh air. His team was on-time, friendly, efficient. Hire them.

From beginning to end our experience was excellent. No haggle/pressure to sign first visit; scheduling was smooth and when windows arrived early, they were installed the next day; installation folks were on time, did a great job (caulking job was beautiful), and they installed a second story shutter that had come down during a storm without us even asking them to do it! Almost forgot - the windows are great. Could not really give a higher recommendation.

I had originally hired Innovative Home Improvements to install 3 new windows in my home. 6 months later, I decided to replace the old siding and didn't have to think twice about who to call for the job. Paul is a breath of fresh air in the residential contracting space. Extremely responsive, honest, and caring. He and his crew were always on time and clean. The job was done fast. If you're reading this and in the process of searching for a window/siding company, you can stop now. Innovative Home Improvements is who you want.

Our decision to purchase windows and siding began nearly 3 years ago. Ever since we moved into our home, it has been a challenge to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature. The installation of an additional HVAC system and ceiling fans throughout the home could never provide an affordable and efficient remedy to the leaky windows and poorly installed siding. Knowing that replacing over 20 windows would be a major expense, we decided early on that it made more sense to have a slightly higher monthly gas & electric bill by running our heating systems longer and harder as opposed to making this very large and one-time expenditure. As the months turned into years, our utility bills continued to reflect a house that was not only inefficient for its size and numbers of users, but one that also outpaced usage among our neighbors. Being that we were the only home in the neighborhood that had an additional HVAC system, I really began to question the validity of these energy reports my utility company was providing month after month. Do they have the right neighborhood? If homes in our neighborhood are anything like ours was before we made the improvements, then they would most certainly be spending more money then us to stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer. In addition, to the persistent breeze originating from each window, cool air could also be felt seeping through the interior walls due to the home’s lack of any wrap/insulation between the siding and the home’s wood exterior. To solidify its reputation as the Most Porous House in the Neighborhood, our home seemed to welcome into our very own living room every neighborhood noise – cars, planes, lawnmowers, children playing, etc. The breaking point finally came this past spring when BWI decided to reroute air traffic as the airport underwent major renovations that lasted the entire summer and with even more work scheduled for next year. This new air traffic pattern was so loud that I thought my house was located in the middle of a runway. On the weekends, planes could be heard flying over our home every 3-5 minutes beginning at 6:00am and lasting until 11:00pm. At this point, I knew a change had to be made and yet I dreaded the whole window shopping process. Over the years we have opened our home to many vendors whose pressure to make the sale often resulted in the entire family being held hostage for several hours. Fortunately, we had also met with a neighbor of ours, Paul Harrison, President of Innovative Home Improvements (IHI), whose company specializes in replacement windows and siding. He came to our home, explained the various types of windows, and worked with the vendor to come up with a very competitive quote for replacing the windows. Throughout the meeting, we never felt pressured or minimized in expressing any of our concerns or questions about the product. Unfortunately, back in 2013 we decided that there were other expenses that were of a higher
