I have signed the contract, but the project is not yet completed, so I can't speak to the cleanliness issue. I liked Paul Harrison's low pressure technique and felt he offered me a very reasonable price with equal or better quality compared to other companies.

The Innovative Home Improvement Team was outstanding. Their no-pressure sales tactics was appreciated. They install the windows in my home, addressed my concerns, and was diligent in their followup on customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of window replacement.

The windows & siding looks beautiful.I have people stop in their cars to tell me how beautiful the house looks. Jason was the salesperson & he was nice, funny and no pressure. Paul was very very nice and kept me informed threw the whole process. He would call me almost everyday to see what was going on & if I had any questions. I would recommend Paul & his crew to family & friends. I just wanted to say thanks for making my 60 year old farm house look like a brand new house. I'm so pleased & happy with the finish results.Thanks so much Paul. Debbie

Paul and his crew were excellent. They were very courteous and professional-no pressure. They met their deadlines and cleaned everything up, as well as put back things that had to be moved to install the windows. The windows look very nice and you can feel the difference sitting next to them-no more cold drafts! I will hopefully be able to revise the Value rating from "good" to "very good" - as I think time will be a better measure. Everything else was great-too early to rate the value. Highly recommend this company!

I am very pleased with my windows as well as with Innovated Home Improvements installation. They were quick, efficient, and completely cleaned up after they were through. After they were done they took me on a tour and explained what to do and not do with the windows. They also inspected each window to make sure each was properly installed.

One window is dented, one is scratched, and two do not close properly... I suppose I got what I paid for.

The house has since sold.We put in our award winning Excalibur windows which was recommended.The customer wanted the lowest grade window to sell house .New owner very happy with her new windows.We never sell low grade products for this reason.
