Paul, the owner, was attentive and professional. His workers arrived on time and completed the job to my satisfaction. Paul then came to inspect the work to ensure it met my requirements, and he agreed to complete extra cosmetic work so I would be 100% satisfied. I am delighted with the services I received and would use Innovative for my future home improvement needs.

Working with Paul, the owner, has been a great experience. After doing a great job replacing all of the windows in the front of our house, we went back to IHI for a quote on a front door replacement, including the side-lights. He was patient while I sought out other quotes, all of which were at a higher cost for a lower quality door. Paul helped us pick out a design, order, and schedule the install date. The materials came in faster than expected and the full install took less than 4 hours. Noe and his team did a great job again during the install and were courteous, timely, and respectful. They did a great job cleaning up after the project was complete. Paul came by an hour or so later for a final sign-off. We have already recommended them to our neighbors and we will go back to them for any future applicable projects!
